At CavoBikeCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Used or opened products (unless defective)

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@cavobikecare.net to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.
Package the Return: Carefully package the item(s) to ensure they are in original, unused condition. Please include the original packing slip or a copy of your receipt, and affix the RA number to the package.
Ship the Item: Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was an error in processing your order.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is complete. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped to you.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund, and you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cavobikecare.net. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back to us, and we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased as part of a promotion or final sale
- Customized or personalized items
- Used or opened items (unless defective)
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in processing the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
